How does the affiliate program work?

If you own or operate a website, blog or other such site, you can be an affiliate for CelebPoker. We will supply you with marketing banners and links that you can put on your website. Every time a visitor signs up through one of your CelebPoker affiliate links and starts playing for cash, you get credited! If you don't have a website to promote Celebpoker through, don't worry you can still sign up! We will supply you with a special promotional code along with some printed marketing material which you can use to promote Celebpoker at live poker events.

How do I start making money?

You can start earning commission right away by becoming a referral partner in our Affiliate Program and setting up the necessary links on your web site. When visitors to your site click on your links to CelebPoker, they will be tracked by our system. You will receive commission for visitors who become revenue-generating CelebPoker customers and also for visitors who join our affiliate program and then go on to refer additional commission-earning visitors to our affiliate program (Sub affiliates).

You will receive 30% of the gross rake result generated by the customers you have referred plus 10% to 1% of the commission earned by other webmasters you refer to our affiliate program.

What is "Gross Rake"?

"Gross Rake" is a term used in the calculation of the commission you will earn each month as a referral partner in our affiliate program. When you refer a new customer to CelebPoker, you will earn a percentage of the rake the customer generates for CelebPoker each month. As a referral partner, you earn 30% of the monthly gross revenue ("gross rake") generated by all customers you have referred to CelebPoker.

What is a Sub-affiliate?

A Sub-affiliate is a person you recommend and register as an Affiliate. As your Sub-affiliates start promoting our brands and referring new real money players, you will start earning additional revenue.

How much can I make by recruiting other webmasters to join the affiliate program?

Our affiliate program offers referral partners the opportunity to earn money not only by recruiting playing customers, but also by recruiting other webmasters to become active members of the affiliate program. Your monthly commission can add up quickly!

When an individual clicks on your web site link and registers to become a member of the affiliate program, the individual becomes your so-called sub-partner. Likewise, when an individual clicks on your sub-partner's web site and registers to become a member of the affiliate program, the individual becomes your sub-partner (on sub-level 2).

You can create an entire family of sub-partners on five sub-levels and get a percentage of the commission earned by every sub-partner on each of the five different sub-levels. The amount of commission you earn by recruiting a sub-partner is calculated as a percentage of the commission earned by that sub-partner. The percentage used in calculating your compensation depends on the sub-partner's level, as shown in the table below:

What is a "referral code"?

A referral code is used by our system to track visitors to CelebPoker from your web site. You will receive a unique referral code for the web site address you enter in the affiliate program registration form in the field entitled "URL to your site." Each referral code is unique and related to your specific user profile.

The correct referral code is to be used whenever you create a link to CelebPoker. If you have multiple sites in your network, each unique site will have its own unique referral code that should be used only when linking from that particular site. You can create additional referral codes to be used on other web sites in your network from your online referral partner account.

What type of marketing materials will I be provided?

We will provide you with links to banners that are hosted on our site. Our banners are constantly updated, so you don't have to go to the trouble of changing your banners every month. With our own built-in tracking system, you will always be up-to-date on the number of new sign-ups you generate every day.

How do I get paid?

Your commission payments are deposited into your CelebPoker affiliate account by the 15th of each month for the previous month's activity. Once deposited, you will receive an email notification, and you can withdraw these funds to your CelebPoker player account. In addition to withdrawing funds to your poker account, it is now possible for all our affiliates to withdraw their commission directly into their bank account, using neteller or moneybookers.

Where can I see how much I've earned?

When you are registered as a referral partner in our affiliate program, you will be able to access a secure online reporting interface to check your current statistics at any time. Your referral statistics are continuously updated from the database

My statistics don't seem to reflect the number of customers I've referred. Am I doing something wrong?

1) Make sure you are using the correct referral link and referral code.
2) Keep in mind that you are compensated only for referring new customers to CelebPoker. You cannot earn commission for directing a visitor to CelebPoker if he/she is already a registered customer.
3) Please inform players to delete their cookies before clicking on any Celebpoker links you host on your site. This is necessary to ensure the player adopts your reference code.
4) Please note, our secure online reporting interface updates once every 24 hours, so players may not show up in your stats immediately.

I can't log in to the reporting interface because I forgot my password!! What do I do?

Go to the Affiliate Account login page and click the link marked "I've forgotten my password". Enter your username on the next screen. If your user name is registered in our database, you will receive an e-mail message with your password.
