The International Poker Network (IPN) CelebPoker allows players to register accounts with multiple Operators. However the IPN CelebPoker tournament rules dictate that a player may only register for a single tournament/cash game using one account. Any player who uses multiple accounts to play in a single tournament/cash game will be in breach of the Network CelebPoker tournament rules and will then be subject to the following actions:
If multiple account play is detected during or after a tournament/cash game then the offending accounts will be immediately disqualified.
All funds in all of the player's accounts will be frozen and the accounts closed. The player will be permanently banned from the network.
In the case of tournaments/cash games where multiple account play is being investigated (or any other fraudulent activity), then IPN CelebPoker reserve the right to withhold winnings for a period of 10 business days until the investigation had been concluded.
Any withholding of winnings will be communicated to all players involved in the tournament/cash game. The results of any investigations will not be shared and any pertinent information will only be provided to players that are directly affected by any investigations.
Collusion, team playing, soft playing and multiple account play will not be tolerated in tournaments or cash games.
